Amongst my group of girlfriends Freya seems to be somewhat of a household name. We swear by the Freya fit, ‘ahh’ at the comfort, and swap stories on which variations of each style we have as if Freya is our best kept secret. At Christmas a girlfriend of mine requested the Freya Deco in purple from her hubby, and she has just announced that she is pregnant. Again. You do the math. To us, Freya is not only a fall-back brand, it is a brand that us busty ladies can go to for a little of everything – whether it be a comfy t-shirt bra for day or a seductive style for night – evidently.
Last month Freya launched a new global marketing campaign called 365 Days of Deco celebrating its most popular bra style by the same name, so I guess our little secret about the Freya Deco got out.
The Deco is Freya’s signature seam free bra perfect for wearing under anything, be it little white tee or little black dress. Launched in 2009 over 300,000 units have been sold already and the brand plans to celebrate this with a year-long social-media campaign. The dedicated microsite, freyadeco365.com has many cool features but the best of these has to be the ‘Style Wall’ which showcases pictures of women wearing ready-to-wear outfits with their Deco underneath. Fans of the Deco get to upload their photo, then selected entrants could then be featured on the Deco 365 style wall, one of the quarterly campaign adverts (which I have just heard I am going to be in!), win a Deco set, the entire Deco collection or a £1,000 shopping spree with a stylist. What an amazing gift line up eh?!
The lovely folk at Freya were kind enough to send me a new Deco bra and matching knicker to add to my collection. It’s a moulded cup so I take a 32F and a medium knicker. I’m always on the go so it is important that I can be comfortable in my lingerie and I also love to wear seam free undies in the day to suit my casual style.
My daily uniform generally consists of a jeans and tee combo and I simply love that the Deco offers me maximum support with a seamless finish – look! You can barely see the straps at the back of my top. Perfect.
I’ll recommend the Deco to any woman who asks. But chances are you already know how great it is. Why not hit the ‘Style Wall‘ and share your favourite look with Deco foundations. After all, the amazing Freya Deco is lingerie’s worst kept secret.
